offers an array of technical assistance programs

would cost, and to help negotiate an effective lease, as well as other types of assistance.

The Northern California Community Loan Fund operates the Nonprofit
Space Capital Fund, a capital grants program designed
to help nonprofit agencies acquire and improve permanently
affordable office and program space.
