Helping Non-Profits Stay in San Francisco
Our Mission
Our Mission
The Partnership for Affordable Non-Profit Space has joined together to develop short- and long-term solutions to the crisis of affordable space for San Francisco's non-profit and arts organizations. Non-profits are treasured resources in our city, whether they provide health care services, teach dance classes, train our youth, or house our neighbors. San Francisco's vibrant non-profit community is part of what makes San Francisco great. We are dedicated to keeping non-profits in our city. For more information on solutions to the crisis for the greater Bay Area, please contact us.

Technical Assistance

The Partnership for Affordable Non-Profit Space offers an array of technical assistance programs to help non-profits think about whether they should buy or lease, to determine how much tenant improvements would cost, and to help negotiate an effective lease, as well as other types of assistance.

Financing and Funding

Link to government, private and commercial resources to get financial help with rent subsidies, technical assistance, loans for facility purchase, and more.

The Northern California Community Loan Fund operates the Nonprofit Space Capital Fund, a capital grants program designed to help nonprofit agencies acquire and improve permanently affordable office and program space.
