More than 1,700 community benefits organizations make their home in Santa Cruz County. To grow and continue to strengthen the community, Santa Cruz County’s nonprofits need access to local real estate resources. This site connects you with service providers and government agencies for your real estate project so that your program will thrive.

Borina Nonprofit Resource Center

Santa Cruz County’s resource library is open to nonprofit organizations and individual grantseekers. Gain free access to library materials, including grant directories and information on nonprofit management. The library also provides free use of subscription databases such as The Foundation Directory Online Professional and Foundation Grants to Individuals Online.


Funding for Community Development

Santa Cruz County receives federal funding for Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), which it administers to projects that better the community and improve the quality of life for low-income residents. Nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply for these funds through a grant process.
